African Groundnut Chicken


African Groundnut Chicken

1/2 to 1 chicken breast per person
1 med onion (curt fine)
1 can diced tomatoes
2Tbs peanut butter (or other nut butter, preferably with no sugar added, I use PC Just Peanuts)

1/2 tsp chli powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Put in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.  Serve over rice.
If desired you can add carrots and potatoes for a one-dish meal.  It’s still amazing.
